A new report shows that there were 373.4 million unique visitors online in Europe during September 2011, with nearly 30% of them visiting websites categorized in the career services and development sector.

The report provides individual reporting on 18 different markets, with a further 31 markets included in the aggregate statistics. For American readers the main surprise might be that the Russian social network, VKontakte, has the highest average engagement among top websites, with users spending 7.1 hours during the month on the site.

Russia is also the country with the most unique visitors, followed closely by Germany, France, the U.K. and Italy. More here.
