mThink ranks the Top 20 in new edition of BLUE BOOK

SAN FRANCISCO, CA; April 20, 2010 – Revenue Performance, the leading magazine and website devoted to performance advertising, has announced their new ranking of the BLUE BOOK Top 20 Performance Marketing Networks and Exchanges. The new Top 20 list is the result of aggregating expert views, traffic data, measures of industry influence, and a survey that went out to over 1000 publishers, advertisers, agencies and networks.

Leading networks on the Top 20 list include ShareASale, Commission Junction, MediaTrust, Linkshare, Epic Advertising and Google Affiliate Network. For a complete listing go to: mthink.com/bluebook/top20

“Performance marketing networks have faced many challenges in the last few months. We are seeing mergers, acquisitions, refinancings and reorganizations. It is harder than ever for brands, merchants and publishers to choose between networks,” said Chris Trayhorn, Founder of Revenue Performance and CEO of mThink. “The Top 20 listing helps advertisers and publishers cut through the clutter to find the quality networks best suited to their needs.”

The new Top 20 ranking sees reputation rated more important than ever by survey respondents, with larger networks being preferred by many for their stability and resilience during the recession.

The Blue Book Top 20 ranking of performance marketing networks and exchanges is updated every six months.

From the start of my career as webmaster, I have been appreciating Commission Junction because of its best commission system and it’s reputation. It used to have world leader brand as clients. But later on, with the entry of new kind of services and classification of specific job like product supplement, affiliate management etc, it has been more easy for new companies to run their service, but has been harder to stay in competition. Now, we are getting new companies discovering their position as in these kinds of lists and Angie’s List who rates you on basis on consumers.
While talking about the list, I would love to see RegNow in this category too as it has been making money for me recently.
