And from another new report, this time from comScore, we learn that:

  1. the collected reach of vertical ad networks such as Federated Media, Adify Media and Glam Media has increased from 21% of total US Internet audience to 57% in the last twelve months;
  2. the audience for these vertical ad networks shows significantly higher levels of engagement in their particular site category than the typical online user;
  3. visitors to gaming sites covered by vertical ad networks spent an average of 423 minutes on site. To repeat, that’s an average of over seven hours.
