Ted Costy, Staff Research Center, General Motors
What really makes your magazine interesting is the excellent balance of articles between actual product offerings from companies like i2 and high level supply chain strategies and directions from researchers/universities and companies.
Michael Kondogian, Director Supply Chain, Detroit Edison
Great Publication!!! Very helpful in keeping abreast of emerging thought and trends in the area of Supply Chain Management.
Donald Warren, Manager, Manufacturing Planning, Lucent Technologies
This would have to be ranked amongst the most informative books that I have had the pure pleasure of reading in my 19 years in logistics. It is thorough and comprehensive, offering a vast array of topics in supply chain. Congratulations on an excellent publication.
Gerrard O’Brien, Inventory Manager, Logistics, WESFI
I am the chief information officer for Presbyterian Hospital and an adjunct professor for University of La Verne and teach in the master’s in health administration program. For several years, one of the courses that I have been teaching is Clinical and Financial Information Systems. As you are undoubtedly aware, these two industries are each going through their own rapid evolutions. The combination of the two industries – and trying to manage the resulting dynamics – creates a truly exciting opportunity.
It is this excitement that I bring to the class setting and attempt to pass on to my students. My biggest challenge with this course has been to find a textbook that is current in its presentation of our health care industry as well as the technology industry. Your publication accomplishes this balance. I am interested in seeing if I may receive copies of the publication to be used in the fall offering.
Jim Peelgren, Chief Information Officer, Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital
Consolidated source of information that I probably would not otherwise have access to in a time efficient way.
Denise Lucas, Vice President of Products and Services, DuBois Regional Medical Center
Detailed, but easy to understand; comprehensive, non-biased information.
Kerry L. Cosner, MIS, Indian River Memorial Hospital
Excellent, timely information. Thought provoking. The excellent information was well laid out; I don’t think it could be improved upon.
Phyllis C. Stoneburner, Vice President, Warren Memorial Hospital
The CRM Project: CRM Transformation
It is a wonderful resource that gives a real-world example of successful CRM corporations.
David R. Woodward, Jr. Executive Search Consultant, Peppers and Rogers Group
The CRM Project articles, case studies, and resources are a tremendous value to professors like me who are trying to blend academic and practitioner perspectives in the teaching of this relatively new field to MBA students. I have taught three sections of CRM thus far: We used Volume 1 of your edition in the first section, and Volume 2 in the second, and now third. Student response has been overwhelmingly positive, and my enrollments have soared. I just started my third section tonight and the class is filled to capacity (oversubscribed in fact!)
Paul Richardson, Associate Professor of Marketing, School of Business Administration, Loyola University Chicago

The Energy and Utilities Project
We have successfully used this book during client meetings and have found it to be a very helpful tool to keep us top of mind and to drive our value proposition among key customer influencers. I continuously receive positive feedback on the quality and impartial nature of the book.
David M. Samuel, GM, Global Energy & Utilities Industry, IBM Business Consulting Services
…I have found the organization to be very professional, careful to represent the facts as they are, and deliver fully on promises. (So many companies inflate what they will deliver & never achieve it. In contrast, I believe Montgomery did everything you promised, some of it non-trivial). Also, I found mThink to be creative in its quest for providing superior customer service, which I think you achieve – I have never felt a request is too much for (any of) you to handle (no matter what might have been said behind the scenes). Let me conclude by saying that I have enjoyed working with you, and am very happy with the results of our collaboration. The booklet is great, our article looks great, and I can proudly refer prospects, analysts, the press etc. to our article & to your site. I would certainly be glad to work together again in the future should we be afforded the opportunity.
Lisa Tollman, Senior Manager Strategic Marketing, @TheMoment, Inc.
I must say that I was particularly impressed with the breadth and depth of subject matter covered within it. I very much enjoyed collaborating with mThink in this publication and I look forward to future collaborations with such a professional and forward-thinking organization.
Gero Vella, Coastal Marine Projects, Centre for Marine and Coastal Studies, The University of Liverpool

Larry Lee, Project Manager, Hydro One Networks Inc.
