The AEF integrates with common middleware, including products from BEA, WebMethods, Tibco, IBM, and Microsoft. Custom solutions by customers can be achieved by a published API and SDK.

Consumer Goods and Retail

SBK Compliance – A ready-to-go compliance solution to comply with mandated RFID requirements, including those from Wal-Mart, DOD, Metro, and Albertsons. This application provides a nonintrusive solution, and NO medications or upgrades to existing line-ofbusiness applications. Collects and maintains all data in SBK Repository.

SBK APOD – A ready-to-go, Automated Proof of Delivery™(APOD) solution. Enables suppliers to ensure that they have real-time proof of delivery of all goods shipped to their customers. Automatically detects discrepancies between bill of lading (BOL), purchase order (PO), and advanced shipment notice (ASN).

SBK Reconcile – Automates the invoice deduction process. Once a discrepancy is detected by SBK’s APOD module, automated rulebased collaborative workflows are triggered, in many cases enabling immediate resolution of the discrepancy.

SBK Theft Protect – Automates the monitoring of movement of goods that are tagged with RFID. Sophisticated rule-based algorithms can predict in advance potential theft situations and can avoid them. The forensic analytics module can go back and detect close calls or errors. SBK Brand Protect – Automates the detection of counterfeit and diverted goods. Provides “track and trace” and authentication capabilities for goods (including pharmaceutical “pedigree”).
