Revenue Hits the High Notes
After checking out the 50th Grammy Awards the other night looking to catch the celebration of the music industries top performers, I realized that advertising is like music - you've got to have rhythm.
Similar to catchy music, magazine ads need to have an aesthetic hook that grabs attention. You also have to compose ad copy that sings.
Making a Super Ad
It's the last week of January and the Super Bowl XLII kick-off is only a couple days away. Whether or not you have a vested interest in the Patriots clearing their last hurdle to complete the undefeated season or are jumping on the Giants bandwagon is not the point. The most important thing is that you not only watch the game which is expected to be the largest viewing audience in Super Bowl history - 140 million - but that you stay glued to the tube while you lay witness to the latest in advertising technology at a cost of - hold your breath - $2.7 million dollars for a 30 second spot!
