Google has filed a civil lawsuit against multiple advertisers who they claim have deliberately broken Google’s rules. The suit is focused on online pharmacies, and the tone of Google’s blog post indicates that they have become tired of developing ever more sophisticated policies and systems.

Google changed SEO today. With the announcement of Google Instant they have, at a stroke, increased their number of search queries by a factor of 20, made obsolete current ways of optimizing for SEO and changed how AdWords calculates impressions. It’s a big deal.
